By accessing or using Retire Early with Dividends ("REWD," "we," "us," or "our") at retireearlywithdividends.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Description of Service
REWD provides dividend portfolio tracking tools, financial calculators, stock screening, brokerage account synchronization, and educational content related to dividend investing and financial independence.

No Warranties / "As Is"

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability

Stock prices, dividend yields, financial metrics, and other data displayed on REWD are sourced from third parties including Yahoo Finance and SnapTrade. This data may contain errors, omissions, or delays. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any financial data. Always verify data with official sources before making investment decisions.
Calculator Disclaimer
All calculators, projections, and planning tools provide estimates only. Results are based on hypothetical scenarios and user-provided inputs. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Actual investment returns, dividend income, and retirement outcomes may differ materially from any projections shown.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is for a single individual. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Third-Party Services
REWD integrates with third-party services including SnapTrade (brokerage sync), Stripe (payment processing), and Google (authentication). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party service's availability, accuracy, or conduct.
Brokerage Sync
Brokerage synchronization is provided through SnapTrade and operates on a read-only basis. REWD never executes trades, transfers funds, or modifies your brokerage accounts in any way. We are not responsible for synchronization errors, data discrepancies, or delays in data updates from your brokerage.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of REWD — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of REWD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless REWD, its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and REWD regarding your use of the service.
